Scope of Project:
Install Access keypad for the pedestrian gate complete with maglock & auto closer. We also modified the main entrance gate and automated it for the client. Feb 2026
Access Control Upgrade
Upgraded the Access Control system to a Fingerprint system. System included remote management software and setup for admin or Managing Agent to login to manage the data base
Vehicle Barrier System
The Client (Magnolia Properties) approached us to install in new Boom System for them at one of their Shopping Centres. Entrance and Exit Lanes were done by using the Geenius Rapid Booms with “No Touch” Exit button to Exit.
CCTV System (ENGEN)
For the newly revamped Engen Garage, we had to install a brand new CCTV System from Scratch. Cameras included were for the forecourt area, external cameras around the building and inside the building 56 cameras in total with remote and offsite monitoring capabilities.
Turnkey Project – CCTV & Alarm System. (Niche Kids Fairland)
Project Scope – Install a CCTV & Alarm System. Internal and External Cameras were installed for the Client with remote APP viewing. For the Alarm System AJAX was used, being wireless it made for a neat install and provided the client with remote capabilities to monitor their alarm system
Turnkey Project – The Parks Honeydew
Project Scope
Install CCTV System on the Boundary walls of the Complex.
Installation of Access Control System – integrated with the booms to allow residents entry and exit too the Complex.
Installation of MKII Comb Intercom – For visitors to announce themselves and residents can then allow access via their phones.
Installation of Entrance and Exit Booms.
Installation of Gate Motor.

Project Scope
Spec’d and Commissioned Fingerprint Access Control System 35 doors were secured.
Spec’d and Commissioned CCTV System, 40 cameras installed throughout each floor of the building.
Spec’d and Commissioned integrated Boom System, consisting of Entry boom with Fingerprint reader and IP Intercom System to communicate with Reception.

We have played an Instrumental role within the Estates, by designing and implementing their state-of-the-art security control room. to monitor homeowners within the Estates Alarm Systems. We have also provided the business owners with in’s electronic security systems at both shopping Centres and Schools.
To date we still provide services to homeowners and business owners within the Estates.
